Great improv looks spontaneous because the ensemble has practiced how to listen, support, recover, and build together. Teams at work can rehearse those capabilities too.
Choose one business outcome worth practicing.
Create inclusive, low-risk permission to participate.
Practice progressively more realistic situations.
Name what happened and connect it to the work.
Leave with observable actions, not workshop fog.
Built here, for teams coming together here
Bring the people. We will shape the work in the room and connect it to a city experience your team will actually remember. Run the session on a working theater stage, in your hotel, or at a partner venue selected for your group.
Need full logistics? We can bring in an experienced local planning partner while staying accountable for the program itself.

Founder + lead facilitator
Frank has worked in cybersecurity since his first internship in 2013. His career has spanned consulting, auditing, security and privacy leadership, AI governance, and hundreds of ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 audits.
He has also trained and performed improv since 2016, beginning at UCB Los Angeles. Improv sharpened the same capabilities he uses with clients: listening, advising through ambiguity, mediating disagreement, selling an idea, and thinking on his feet.
Most importantly: certified Frank.
